Between 2019 and 2021, Me and My wife lived with farming families across the Himalayan valleys of Uttarakhand our Home town. Not as a visitor—as family. We watched them harvest wild berries at dawn from altitudes above 3,000 meters, carry barley down mountain trails, and steep flowers that bloom only in impossible places.
That time changed everything We thought We knew about ingredients.
The 6th Element is India's first botanical malt brew—a category we created because nothing else fit. Each brew begins with Himalayan black barley grown at 2,000-3,000 meters, malted using a 10,000-year-old process that unlocks enzymes, natural sugars, and over 100 flavor compounds. Then we layer in wild-harvested botanicals: sea buckthorn from cold deserts, kilmora berries from windswept ridges, rhododendrons from forest floors.
Radical transparency is our foundation. Every can carries a QR code linking to the Eurofins lab certificate for that batch, the farmer who grew each ingredient (name + GPS coordinates), and the full nutritional breakdown. No hiding. No rounding. No vague "natural flavors."
Four of our five brews have fewer than 15 calories. All five are sweetened with monk fruit, carry zero added sugar, and use only plant-based colors—blue pea flower (blue), anthocyanin (pink), no synthetic dyes.
We're not here to be everything to everyone. We're here for those who read labels, ask questions, and believe that what you drink should mean something.
